SERVICES OFFERED

You deserve to feel grounded, confident, and genuinely alive.
Let's get you there.

1. Individual Therapy

Who this is for:
You're feeling stuck, confused, or exhausted by the same patterns on repeat. Maybe you're navigating trauma, a major life transition, or just can't shake the anxiety and negative self-talk that keeps you small.

What we'll work on:
Processing trauma and rebuilding safety in your body and life. Finding clarity when everything feels uncertain. Breaking free from anxiety, depression, and patterns that no longer serve you. Reconnecting with yourself and building the confidence and boundaries you need.

My approach:
We go beyond traditional talk therapy. I bring in somatic approaches to help you process what words alone can't reach. You'll leave with insights and tools you can actually use—supported, but also challenged to grow.

Typical Session:
45-60 minutes, weekly
In-person (McLean/Virginia Beach) or telehealth in Virginia and Maryland

2. Couples Therapy

Who this is for:
Your relationship is struggling—communication has broken down, trust feels shattered, or you're just disconnected. You don't need to be on the brink of divorce. Many couples come for everyday issues and want tools to build something healthier.

What we'll work on:
Rebuilding trust after infidelity. Learning to truly listen and communicate. Breaking cycles of criticism and defensiveness. Navigating life transitions together. Rediscovering intimacy and connection.

My approach:
I'm IMAGO-trained, which means I help you slow down and actually hear each other. We create safety so you can be vulnerable and honest. I'm also direct—I'll challenge patterns that don't serve you while holding you both accountable with compassion. This is about rebuilding as a team.

Typical Session:
75-90 minutes, every other week
In-person (McLean/Virginia Beach) or telehealth in Virginia and Maryland

3. Therapy for Teens

Who this is for:
Teens dealing with anxiety, depression, figuring out who you are, or just feeling stuck. Whether you've tried therapy before or this is completely new.

What we'll work on:
Managing anxiety and emotions that feel overwhelming. Navigating friendships, relationships, and family dynamics. Navigating challenging experiences. Building real confidence and tools that actually work.

My approach:
Teens need a therapist who's real and relatable. I'm honest, compassionate, and meet young people where they are. We'll talk, but also use creative and somatic approaches when words aren't enough. This is about building genuine connection—not just going through the motions.

Typical Session:
45-60 minutes, weekly
In-person (McLean/Virginia Beach) or telehealth in Virginia and Maryland

Who this is for:
You're exhausted by constant thoughts about food, weight, and your body. Whether you have a diagnosed eating disorder or struggle with disordered eating, you're tired of feeling controlled and ready to reconnect with your body.

What we'll work on:
Healing your relationship with food and breaking free from restrictive or chaotic eating. Addressing body image struggles and the trauma, anxiety, or perfectionism underneath. Reconnecting with your body and learning to trust it again.

4. Eating Disorder Therapy

My approach:
After 20+ years specializing in eating disorders, I know this isn't just about food—it's about what's underneath. We combine talk therapy with somatic work to help you regulate your nervous system, process emotions, and inhabit your body with compassion instead of criticism.

Typical Session:
45-60 minutes, weekly (at minimum)
In-person (McLean/Virginia Beach) or telehealth in Virginia and Maryland
