Do you take insurance? I have chosen to be an out of network provider (OON) in order to provide the highest quality of care to you, allowing me to individualize your treatment and make the best clinical recommendations I can for you. The large majority of insurance companies have out of network benefits for clinical services provided by a licensed therapist. Below I have created a guide to use when speaking to your insurance company.  Anyone who chooses to use their OON benefits is responsible for payment at the time of service and will be provided with a super bill you can to your insurance company. What is your cancelation policy?  I ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment, and charge for apts that are canceled with less than 24 hours notice
